How to Delete Duplicate Outlook Contacts?

Install SysTools Duplicate Outlook Contacts Remover by double clicking the setup icon (Dplicate-Contacts-Remover.exe) and follow the on screen instruction.

After you install the software, you will able to see new option/button of "Remove Duplicate Contacts" in MS Outlook as shown below:

Click Remove Duplicate Contacts Button. After this software will list all the PST files having contacts as shown below:

Then choose the PST file from where you nee to remover duplicate contacts and select the criteria fields to test the duplication as follows:

Then Click Next button at the right bottom of the above screen. Then software will list all the duplicate contacts as shown below:

After reviewing the contacts, click on Remove Duplicate Button.
